Our Mission

At MLNA Concrete Detailing, Inc., our mission is to forge robust partnerships with commercial concrete contractors and engineering firms eager to enhance their construction and design workflows through advanced 3D modeling and effective BIM coordination. We excel in producing precise concrete shop drawings and sophisticated structural BIM 3D models, particularly for intricate concrete building structures such as multi-story parking garages, high-rise buildings, and commercial podiums, all while adhering to the principles of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC).

Option 1

Project Based Concrete VDC Modeler

$35/hr

Conduct QA/QC of model quality and concrete shop drawings to ensure accuracy in 3D modeling. Collaborate and host discussions on Autodesk ACC within the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) framework. Actively participate in BIM coordination meetings to enhance project collaboration.

Option 2

12-Month Dedicated Concrete VDC Modeler

$29/hr

I am a full-time dedicated BIM Modeler with expertise in 3D modeling and also serve as a part-time BIM Manager. I am available to work on any project within a regular working schedule, including responsibilities related to BIM coordination, creating concrete shop drawings, and engaging in VDC, which stands for Virtual Design and Construction.
